Eddie Bond is a multi-instrumentalist composer, performer, music instructor, and author. Currently based in Trondheim, Norway, Eddie holds a masters degree from the elite European Jazz Master program, a graduate diploma from the Film Score Academy of Europe, and a Bachelors degree from the University of Oregon, where he was named the Outstanding Undergraduate in Jazz, the highest award.

Eddie keeps a vigorous performance schedule, performing regionally, nationally, and internationally across a wide range of style and ensemble on guitar, bass, synthesizers, keyboards, vocals, and electronics.

Additionally, Eddie has released or collaborated on over 50 albums and many music videos. He has received composition commissions from the Portland Jazz Composers Ensemble, Yves St. Laurent, and the Mary Pickford Foundation and he maintains a busy private studio of piano and guitar students.

He is the ghostwriter of many books on music theory, and guitar and piano technique as well as a regular contributor for several guitar and piano-related music blogs and websites.

His project Starship Infinity is a constantly evolving, multi-dimensional art project, blending elements of free-improvisation, post-punk, drum and bass, electronica, and cinematic music with a striking, retro-futuristic visual aesthetic.
